As an important branch of the 3D printing industry,the Fused Deposition Modeling(FDM)technology involves all aspects of manufacturing,due to its relatively low equipment development cost,high practicality and the advantages of open source programs.However,due to technical reasons,with defects in printing speed and molding accuracy,based on the current FDM printing principle of the paper,studied the small forming size,low printing speed and low bedding accuracy,followed the structure strength analysis and optimized the structure of the whole machine.This paper is based on the modular and hierarchical design concept,first the design of the overall framework and structure,to verify the rationality of the scheme.Then conducted relevant design and static analysis on the overall mechanical part of large FDM equipment,and then analyze the motion mechanism selection and motion mode.Design modular flow chart for the control system to coordinate the parallel precise operation of multi-jet heads,design the functions of the main controller,motor drive and heating module;finding the optimal platform operation by modifying the firmware parameter command and discuss the functional application of slice software in detail.Based on the problems of FDM printing equipment,analyzed the factors affecting the printing progress,the orthogonal test method studied the process parameters of 3D printer,studied the layered thickness,feeding speed,nozzle temperature,idling speed and filling rate in the process parameters,obtained the relationship between the printing speed and the overall performance,the platform were evaluated through simple model printing.Short and long printing test verifies the stability of the system.The analysis results showed that the molding performance of the large FDM built has been improved and significantly improved..
