Running APP Design Based On The Transtheoretical Model

People exercise enthusiasm in rising gradually,under the propulsion of nationwide fitness campaign in many exercise programs,running because of its characteristics of convenient,low requirements for sports foundation and popular with the general movement of exercisers,various of promoting people running motivation and scientific running APP emerge in endlessly,but in actual use APP auxiliary running process,people will because of personal factors,environmental factors and other factors to keep running.In order to understand why people interrupt running,and from the Angle of the design to explore how to help people form the habit of running,this topic research,this paper explores the factors affecting running adhere to combining the study of the theory of the transtheoretical model,will run to the behavior of the process as a dynamic process,has been running insist on the key influencing factors,and points out the running insist on factors affecting the design strategy of the product function,and finally the application of design strategy running in specific product design,to help people solve the problem of adhere to in the process of running,so as to form the habit of running.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.Research on The Transtheoretical Model.By reading relevant literature of The Transtheoretical Model,the author deepened the understanding of The Transtheoretical Model and provided theoretical basis for case analysis and user research in subsequent research.2.Research on the status quo and influencing factors of running persistence.Used questionnaire to understand people's running status,found that nearly half of the user has not yet started running exercise,start running,running frequency,intensity and duration were not up to standard,single factor variance analysis the result of the questionnaire after the influence factors of high correlation with running insist and technology base,to participate in the selection,location equipment,behavior,cognition,behavior,interests,behavior control;Use interview method to further understand how these factors affect the people running stage of change,of coding interview results obtained at different stages after factors that influence the user running insist on running on the basis of the structural factors affecting the theory model,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to judge important degree,the model to get the key factors influencing the running insist,respectively is guidance,night running safety,breathing routine needs,drive and supervise others,running value,physical changes,health status,running a sense of achievement.3.Research on the design strategy of running products.According to the main influencing factors obtained in the last stage,the design opportunity point analysis was carried out,and then the design strategy of running product was summarized from four levels,namely,target plan,community atmosphere,reasonable feedback and interest motivation,to promote persistence.4.Running APP design.According to the first few chapters the influence factors of research,existing product function and running the product design strategy,the function of the "interest" can be divided into four modules,respectively is running,social,personal information and plan,and began to build "boring" information architecture.Finally,the specific functional process design and visual visual design and through user testing to evaluate the feasibility of the product.
