Comprehensive Archives Cultural And Leisure Service User Needs Exploration

With the successful completion of the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" tasks,decisive success has been achieved in building a well-off society in an all-round way,people's living standards have been improved,and more emphasis is placed on the satisfaction of spiritual needs.As a cultural institution,the comprehensive archives store rich archive resources.These resources are the source of materials for the comprehensive archives to provide cultural and leisure services.How to make good use of archive resources,improve the quality of cultural and leisure services,and develop cultural and leisure activities that people love Further explore the real needs of users.From the perspective of user needs,this article takes "User-centric" as the value orientation,and uses interviews and grounded theory methods to extract users' true attitudes and actual needs for cultural and leisure services provided by the comprehensive archives,and their opinions on the cultural and leisure services of the comprehensive archives.Development has a guiding role.The study found that user needs can be summarized from three aspects: service needs,content needs and environmental needs.User needs for comprehensive archives services include needs for service methods,service quality,service time and service prices;for cultural leisure in comprehensive archives The needs of service content include the needs for historical archives,local archives,celebrity archives,life archives,characteristic archives and archives compilation and research;the requirements for the cultural and leisure service environment of the comprehensive archives include space scale,functional zoning,decoration,and infrastructure,Space lighting,atmosphere creation and architectural location requirements.At the same time,the survey found that the factors that drive users to generate the above-mentioned needs can be summarized from five aspects: enjoying life,educational enlightenment,peripheral exploration,self-exploration and satisfying curiosity.During the interview,the user also evaluated the existing cultural and leisure services of the comprehensive archives and believed that it has the advantages of high quality resources and meeting the needs of the times,but there are also problems of lack of education,insufficient construction and lack of attention.Based on user needs and user evaluations,based on widely reading literature and consulting materials,it is proposed to proceed from four aspects: improving services,resource construction,environmental shaping and expanding publicity: First,to improve services as the core,innovate service methods and improve Staff quality,optimization of service time;secondly,based on resource construction,optimize the collection structure,do a good job in file compilation and research,and strengthen inter-library cooperation;thirdly,take environmental shaping as a guarantee,effectively plan the layout,improve service facilities,and select scientific and reasonable locations;Finally,take the expansion of publicity as a breakthrough,broaden publicity channels,build archive brand,and guide the public to enter the museum.As a result,better development of cultural and leisure services of comprehensive archives will be realized.
