With the rapid development of modern science and technology,the key technology of voice transmission has made a breakthrough,and the location of power system geographic wiring diagram equipment has entered the automatic processing period.However,once the equipment positioning error will lead to a major electrical accident or affect the efficiency of fault treatment.The uncoordinated situation between power demand and power grid facilities is still prominent,and the fact that the construction of distribution network is relatively backward has existed for a long time.Therefore,this paper studies the speech location assistant system of geographic wiring diagram,and applies the vocoder algorithm to the intelligent speech location assistant system through the design and implementation of the intelligent speech location assistant system,constructing a voice transmission system to further improve the efficiency of detectable alignment.In the traditional case,the average time of dispatcher locating the fault switch is 6-7 minutes,which is more difficult and less efficient for the junior duty officer.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to construct the speech location assistant system of geographic wiring diagram.We will focus on the following areas.1.The real-time telephone recording is cached through the sub-distribution network recording box,the voice fragments are uploaded to the iFLYTEK speech recognition database for recognition,and keywords,hot words,filter words and replacement words are set,combined with speech recognition technology,embedded technology and cloud technology.Automatically open the geographical wiring diagram for line location.That is,the use of geographic wiring diagram voice positioning auxiliary system to accurately identify the fault point,to achieve the improvement of fault processing efficiency.2.Aiming at the sub-machine communication function of power system drawing software,the parent machine communication mode is verified by the study of geographical wiring diagram,and the MCU communication mode is adopted to realize DSP communication,which makes the audio interface program innovatively designed.The auxiliary function layer structure is designed in detail,the data service layer system research is verified,and the power system structure is designed in the drawing operation layer.By using the communication program between the mother machine and the sub-machine,and through the channel interface circuit,the single-core two-way communication system is formed,the software module flow and some key codes are analyzed,and the source code is optimized.in-depth study of the channel interface circuit full-duplex to half-duplex principle,C8051F020 is regarded as a communication control center,TMS320VC5509 A as a data processing center,TLV320AIC23 B as a voice processing front-end,so as to effectively establish the hardware system of voice positioning.3.Develop search control to realize automatic positioning of distribution network drawings.When the dispatcher receives the line check report from the power distribution team,it can automatically locate the corresponding line drawing according to the voice call information and accurately find the switch position,so as to reduce the burden of the dispatcher and make the dispatcher devote himself to the accident treatment.
