On May 31,2021,in response to China's aging population,the state opened the three child policy.While encouraging the growth of the number of children,it is imperative to improve the quality of the population.It is necessary to achieve "good birth and good education".In this environment,more and more attention has been paid to the mother and baby group.The sales of mother and baby products are increasing year by year.Early education institutions and confinement clubs are overcrowded.Hospitals and communities attach great importance to fetal development.Therefore,parenting has become a hot topic in the society.Mobile phone is a necessity in people's life.We can understand information and entertainment through the social media application in mobile phone.Social media is the key medium of communication.It is characterized by interactivity,flexibility and mobility,which is convenient and fast for people's life,and promotes the communication and exchange between corresponding groups while obtaining information.In the era when people rely on mobile phones,using social media to obtain parenting knowledge is an important way for pregnant mothers and infant parents.This paper focuses on the in-depth analysis of the "use and satisfaction" of social media in disseminating parenting knowledge.The author takes X city in Northeast China as an example,understands the situation of other cities,discusses and studies the use of parenting social media,and uses the methods of questionnaire survey,semistructured interview and participatory observation This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the process and user experience of infant parents using social media applications to obtain parenting knowledge,discusses the appearance and causes of "satisfaction" and "dissatisfaction" based on the theory of "use and satisfaction",and expounds how social media can better help pregnant mothers and infant parents understand parenting knowledge,This paper discusses the practical significance of how to help social media spread parenting knowledge at all levels of society.This study is divided into six parts: the first part discusses the research background and significance from the three levels of state and society,family and individual,and social media,and discusses the concept,research direction and dissemination,research content and research methods of parenting knowledge and social media.The second part expounds the development process of "use and satisfaction" and the applicability of "use and satisfaction" to this study,as well as the research framework.The third part is the analysis of samples,the analysis of the audience's use of media,and the discussion of the usage characteristics,content and problems of We Chat group,official account,short video platform and child care APP.The fourth part is the "use and satisfaction" behavior analysis of parenting social media.The fifth chapter is the analysis of the influence of parenting social media on audience behavior.The sixth chapter is the problems and Countermeasures of parenting social media information dissemination.
