With the development of society entering intelligent today,the integrated circuit industry,the core of the information industry,plays an important leading role in the new round of global technological change.In the face of the complex and changeable international situation and market environment,domestic integrated circuit companies must continue to invest,promote their own transformation and upgrade,and enhance their core competitiveness if they want to seize the world's technological frontier and obtain high-quality development.As a technology-intensive industry,the core competitiveness of integrated circuit companies ultimately relies on the comparative advantages of constantly accumulated talents,which can continuously provide companies with a large number of R&D,technology,management and other talents.Therefore,how to optimize the staff training system according to the current situation has gradually become an important topic that companies in the integrated circuit industry must study.As a holding subsidiary of Tongfu Microelectronics Group,Nantong Tongfu Company has seized the opportunity of chip localization to seize the mid-to-high-end chip packaging and testing market,and its business and scale have developed rapidly.In the process of focusing on customer needs and corporate social responsibility,the company found that the requirements for talent training and echelon building are becoming more and more urgent,and it is urgent to optimize on the basis of the existing staff training system to meet the requirements of sustainable development.This dissertation takes the staff training system of Nantong Tongfu Company as the research object.Based on training-related human resource development theories,this dissertation uses questionnaires,interviews and other methods to conduct in-depth research from the current situation of the staff training system by consulting the company's internal and external data and statistical data,and diagnose and analyze the existing problems and the real reasons of the staff training system.Combining the actual development needs of the company,four training optimization programs and three implementation safeguard measures are proposed to lay a solid foundation for the company's talent training and sustainable development.In order to solve the outstanding problems in the staff training system,this dissertation proposes feasible improvement ideas and optimization programs,which will help improve training efficiency and human resource management level,and empower the company's core competitiveness.At the same time,the research results of this dissertation can be implemented and summarized through the company's pilot projects to provide a demonstration reference for the continuous optimization of the staff training system of other companies within the group.
