In recent years,the full development of science and technology has greatly facilitated the iteration and development of the robot vacuum industry.Since the birth of the first robot vacuum cleaner,domestic and foreign companies have continued to update and design the robot vacuum cleaner.With the intervention of a large number of new technologies,the robot vacuum products on the market have become more and more complex,and the learning cost of users in use has become higher.This topic comes from the graduate school-enterprise cooperation project of the School of Design of Jiangnan University.The main purpose of this article is to guide consumers to get the best user experience during the use of smart home sweeping robots by optimizing the design of interactive guidelines from the perspective of the entire process experience.The research method of this article is to conduct in-depth literature research on the subject of the subject,that is,smart home sweeping robots and interactive guidance;the theoretical method,that is,the whole process experience theory.Through desktop research,the concept and design principles of interactive guidance are systematically explained,the characteristics and trends of the interactive guidance design of smart home sweeping robots are sorted out,and the content of interactive guidance included in it is clarified.The importance and shortcomings of the current design of interactive guidance for intelligent household sweeping robots driven by full-process experience are discussed.On the basis of the experience integration framework and the 5E experience framework,the “ interactive guidance-based full-process experience design process” is proposed for this subject,which is divided into the process division phase,the insight classification phase,the requirement definition phase,the design practice phase,and the design evaluation phase.In the research and design output part,a total of 29 requirements were obtained through user usability testing and in-depth interviews,and four major design directions were obtained after clustering.Extremely simplified,humanized,personalized and interesting.The design result of this paper is to put forward systematic strategies and methods around the general principles and development of interactive guidance for smart home sweeping robots in the above four directions.That is,use the information design strategy with extremely simplified path,the humanized guidance design strategy for dual users,the personalized product design strategy for clean mode,and the construction of interesting interactive design strategy with social fun.Through design practice,the whole-process experience of the smart home sweeping robot is optimized at this stage.The interactive guidance design is divided into two parts: offline materials and online applications,aiming to effectively reduce the initial learning cost of new users and increase Old users are surprised by the product feature update.First sort out and design a very simplified use path,find out the critical path that can carry the smallest amount of product information but can complete the product task;then divide the path into seven sub-paths(that is,view the product description,turn on and download the application,install the charging Pile,understand other functions,start cleaning,end cleaning,start cleaning),connect the task flow in different sequences to adapt to different user types,and analyze each sub-path in detail and determine the use function to determine the smart home sweeping robot The main functions are interactive understanding of the product,interactive operation of the product,and visual cleaning;then the visual definition is based on the design strategy,and the overall style is determined to be humanized,concise,easy to use,and standardized.On this basis,the product interface The element is further defined.Finally,through laborious testing,design summary and design reflection are carried out to complete the ultimate goal of this topic-that is,based on the theory driven by the whole process experience,build the interactive guide of the smart home sweeping robot to solve the user's experience when using the sweeping robot.The problems reached and meet the new expectations of users.The conclusion of this paper is that the innovation and upgrade of the interactive guidance of the intelligent household sweeping robot driven by the whole process experience can effectively reduce the initial learning cost of new users,and increase the surprise of old users for product feature updates.
