Global data is growing rapidly, and the data visualization field that develops with it has also made great breakthroughs.People have gradually increased their emphasis on data visualization.Nowadays, how to analyze and process data quickly and efficiently, and use simple and universal visual language to present abstract and complex data information is becoming more and more important.Nowadays, the research of big data visualization is closer to the solutions of specific examples.Although these studies are appropriate, they lack versatility.Although some visualization works incorporate the beauty of artistic form,it is difficult for the public to understand the information content conveyed by the visual language..Moreover,the current trend of data values generated in various fields is increasing year by year, and the limited display space is difficult to meet the requirements of real-time changes in the quantity, characteristics, and content of big data. Therefore, from the perspective of visual perception and cognition and spatial limitations, the research of general visual language for data visualization can alleviate the current challenges in this field to a certain extent, and provide a basic theoretical framework for future development. This topic explores the internal mechanism of big data visualization design through a comprehensive analysis of visual perception and cognition, from the complex visual cognitive system of human-computer collaboration, and the way of data presentation and interaction.First analyze from the perspective of the digital interface and the user.In terms of user research, analyze the user's visual perception and cognitive characteristics, and extract visual factors in big data visualization design;in terms of interface, analyze the characteristics of digital interface and visual presentation, etc.,and use graphical methods to quantitatively and qualitatively Express the characteristics of the data content, analyze the visual representation grammar and visual coding presentation of the E Charts platform according to the data type and attributes, and propose a modular visual grammar.Secondly, starting from the information dimension of big data,it analyzes the multi-page design method of the visualization platform, studies the principles and strategies of data visualization interaction under space limitations, and summarizes the general visual language of data visualization. Finally, taking the Global Data Journalism Award as the research object, using the case analysis method to make a horizontal comparison from the visual language presentation, summarize the characteristics of the work, and combine the "best data visualization award" and "bursts" which are most relevant to the application of visual visual language. The visual visual language of the award-winning works of the News Data Use Award will be analyzed and verified, and the necessity and practicality of the future development of general visual language will be further explored. The main research results of the subject are as follows: First: Through theoretical research on visual perception and cognition, the visual factors that affect user perception and cognitive patterns in the big data visualization design are extracted.Second: Analyze the visual design method of the E Charts data visualization platform from the theoretical level, use visual information coding in line with people's cognition to qualitatively and quantitatively characterize the characteristics, and summarize the modular visualization grammar.Aiming at the space problem, analyze the multi-page visualization design method of the E Charts visualization platform, and summarize the interactive design principles and strategies.Third:Analyze and verify the visual language of the winning works of the Global Data Journalism Award.
