Research On Community WeChat Mini Program Design Based On Old People Who Migrate With Others

After the reform and opening up,China's economy has taken off,and a large number of young people have gone to foreign countries to start their hard work journey.They married and had children in a foreign land,had a second hometown,and their parents still living in their hometown had to be separated from them.As the parents are older and their physiological functions are reduced,they need someone to accompany them.Most young people choose to pick them up and live together.A special group of " old people who migrate with others " followed.Elderly people who move with their children move to different places to start old life,not only need to adapt to regional differences,language and cultural differences,but also psychological changes in family status and children's intergenerational existence of living habits.With regard to community care,the relocated elderly need more attention and care to help them enter a new area of life.However,through surveys and user interviews,it was found that the relocated elderly group is in a relatively marginal state.In terms of community welfare policies for the elderly,most of them are targeted at the elderly in the district.Community-based home help groups are also prioritized over those without children and without income.Community service is a social welfare service activity carried out by a community to meet the needs of its members' material and spiritual lives.The residents of the community are complex and diverse,and the increasing demands of the residents have brought challenges to community services.WeChat is a social product launched by Tencent to welcome the era of mobile devices.The number of WeChat users is as high as 1 billion,of which more than 50 million are middle-aged and elderly.The WeChat Mini Program is more lightweight than the APP,eliminating the pre-login link and accompanying strong sociality,and is more friendly to the elderly.The purpose of this article is to use WeChat mini-programs as a carrier,and based on community service scenarios,to increase the number of remote social channels for the relocated elderly population,to improve the adaptation of the relocated elderly's new environment from the side,and to facilitate the registration and management of the community personnel.This small program system starts with community service personnel.It exists as an administrator in the small program to assist residents 'lives,handle residents' reports,and review the corresponding community content and organize community activities that are beneficial to the mind and body of the residents.The use of mobile and PC,dual-end devices can better adapt to the work environment of community administrators.Children and relocated elderly persons are participants of the mini-program.They exist as families in the mini-program and can assist each other in filling in information and reminding important matters.With the support of both the family and the community,help the relocated elderly to pass the trial period of the new environment.
