| A large number of files will be formed in the process of production and operation of enterprises.These files can accumulate rich experience for enterprises in the future,which is of great significance.Therefore,more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to file management.However,the preservation of archives is a comprehensive subject.The preservation period of archives is closely related to the physical conditions of the warehouse.If it is not properly preserved,the preservation period of archives is very short.Therefore,an effective scheme is needed to realize automatic management.Based on this,the leader of Zigong branch of China Mobile proposes to build a remote archives monitoring system.Based on the practical application requirements of the General Department of Zigong branch of China Mobile,the warehouse monitoring system is constructed,which is composed of warehouse real-time monitoring,environment real-time perception and perception notification management modules.Each module uses different technologies.The warehouse real-time monitoring is realized by H.323 protocol and compression technology,and the environment real-time perception function is realized by sensor technology and Zig Bee technology Now,perception is realized by web service technology through management module,basic functions are developed through JAVAEE platform,and data is stored through SQL Server 2016.The monitoring system of archives has the following innovations: firstly,biometric technology is introduced to realize access control identification;secondly,video monitoring technology is used to realize all-round monitoring of archives;secondly,all kinds of sensors are deployed to sense the temperature,humidity and smoke of archives in real time to ensure a reasonable storage environment;finally,the third-party gateway technology is adopted Realize the alarm of abnormal events to ensure that the warehouse administrator can solve the abnormal events in the first time.After the construction of the system,a comprehensive test was carried out,including the performance and function.After meeting the requirements,the system was deployed to the general department to replace the traditional warehouse management mode.After the system is deployed to the comprehensive management department of Zigong branch,it replaces the existing warehouse monitoring mode.On the one hand,it saves the cost for the comprehensive department,on the other hand,it improves the management efficiency.The most important thing is to extend the life cycle of archives,which is of great significance to the comprehensive department. |
