At present,the arrangement and scheduling of customer service call agents determine the quality of customer service.Providing better quality service for customers is an important issue for customer service departments to consider.But at present,the traffic scheduling and arrangement is only mechanical arrangement,without considering the ability of service personnel,service content and other multiple factors,resulting in low efficiency of customer service.At present,most of the similar customer service centers at home and abroad have corresponding customer service resource management methods and means,but many of them still remain in manual judgment and management,which is inefficient and high error rate.In view of this traditional management mode,especially the management of customer service resources,many departments have different problems,such as customer service resource parameters can not be tested in time,the efficiency of customer service resources can not be guaranteed;customer service systems in these different application systems,there are a large number of enterprise or individual customer service data.The customer service data of an enterprise is scattered in each business system of the customer service department,and the data is also multifaceted.Therefore,it is necessary to integrate these heterogeneous data,that is,to be able to query multiple types of data of an enterprise in the same local database.These customer service systems need to be integrated.Because the data collection is not completed by simple query,part of the data needs to be extracted after a variety of data collection in the system database.In addition to the completion of structured data collection,part of the unstructured data also needs to be collected,that is,through XML files to complete the collection of some enterprise data information,customer service reported material information.Western sending countries have long attached importance to customer relationship management.Since the 1970 s,large enterprises in various countries have attached importance to customer service.After two years of development,the sales performance of globalcustomer service system has reached 7.6 billion US dollars.Similar to e-rp and HR system,customer service system has experienced a sound development process,including the generation,analysis and analysis of system concept,development and promotion of key links.In recent years,with the improvement of enterprise's emphasis on customer management,more and more customer service systems have gradually changed from the original single customer basic information management to customer service management.From the original single customer business,customer after-sales service,operation and maintenance and other aspects,they have gradually changed to focus on customer service and improve the supervision and supervision of customer service To make customer relationship management more concrete and process oriented.With the application of data mining technology in various business fields in recent years,customer relationship and customer service have also been applied to many data mining technologies.Through data mining technology,we can realize the needs of different customer characteristics,especially in business.By mining these customer characteristics,we can realize the precise marketing of customers and improve the level of the precise marketing of customers At present,the data mining of household relationship has become an important technical support and research hotspot of domestic and foreign enterprises' market precision marketing.In the aspect of target optimization,some domestic scholars have discussed in related fields.For example,in the optimal scheduling is studied,and multi-objective optimization is introduced into traffic monitoring.The work mainly includes the following:First of all,in view of the single factor of traffic scheduling,starting from the characteristics of operator seat allocation and arrangement,in order to fully reflect the difference of time period,skilled work type,connection rate and traffic volume of traffic scheduling,a time period pilot is introduced into the design of multi-objective traffic monitoring and scheduling platform to provide a standard for the automatic arrangement of traffic seats and achieve traffic monitoring and scheduling Dynamic and objective;secondly,starting from the demand of traffic seat allocation,the paper makes a detailed analysis on the comprehensiveness and data source,understands the typical functions of traffic monitoring and scheduling,and analyzes the non functional requirements of the system in combination with multi-objective optimization algorithm and platform operation requirements;thirdly,after the system analysis is completed,the framework and system of traffic monitoring are designed The multi-layer architecture design and network structure design are adopted.After the functional modules are divided,the typical functions of the modules are designed in detail.Then according to the requirements of traffic monitoring and scheduling,the database is designed.After the completion of the system design,JavaEE is used to implement the typical functions of the traffic monitoring and scheduling platform module.The paper completed the system function test and performance test,verified the stability and reliability of the system operation,and realized the expected functions.At present,the system has been implemented in a company,which plays an important role in the customer service center seat arrangement,reduces the workload,and improves the efficiency of traffic monitoring and scheduling.
