Design And Implementation Of Supervision System For Key Tasks Of Guangyuan Power Supply Company

With the maturity of information technology and Internet technology,combined with the current situation that the low efficiency of the traditional supervision work of power supply companies,the specific performance is that Guangyuan power supply company has many subordinate departments,complex and professional staff,which leads to the untimely feedback and communication obstacles in the process of implementing key tasks,which has been hindering the normal implementation of work tasks.This paper will take Guangyuan power supply company's supervision work as the research object,through analysis of the key work management,promotion of work deployment and closed-loop management,to complete the design,implementation and deployment of Guangyuan power supply company key tasks information management system.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation,characteristics and feasibility of information management in power supply companies.(2)Combined with the characteristics of Guangyuan power supply company's key task supervision,according to the demand of supervision service,the service that the key task supervision system needs to provide is sorted out.The service objects include the leaders,offices and department staff of Guangyuan power company;the service should involve the generation,implementation,feedback,supervision and coordination of key tasks,support the corresponding information push of each link,and achieve the effect of timely notifying the parties to handle the tasks.When users enter the system,they can see the progress of all tasks of the company,including ongoing,completed and overdue tasks,and can coordinate and deal with the difficulties existing in a certain task,so as to ensure the normal development of various tasks.At the same time,the system also has all kinds of summary data table export,to provide data support for the company's staff promotion and department assessment.(3)Using Java EE technology and SSM framework,this paper realizes the supervision system of key tasks,which is a complete,stable,compact and practical software system.This system integrates the functions of supervision workflow management and information statistics of PC and mobile terminals,and has the characteristics of convenient operation and timely processing,which is not possessed by many single PC supervision systems,but the paper overcomes this defect,which is also a feature of this paper.Through different test methods and parameters,the test results of function can basically meet the design requirements,and the stability of the system operation also meets the expectations.
