In this paper, for the applications of low-temperature plasma technology in stealth antennas andsterilization areas, a plasma Yagi antenna has been designed and two low-temperature plasmasterilization instruments have been developed. The main contents include:on the basis of the plasma antenna and Yagi antenna theory analysis, referring to the metal Yagiantenna structure, a plasma Yagi antenna was designed.We established a three-dimensional antennamodel in CST electromagnetic simulation software, optimized and simulated its structure parameters,finally got its S11parameters, radiation pattern, the electromagnetic field distribution around theantenna element unit.Then the plasma Yagi antenna prototype was manufactured,we used highperformance vector network analyzer to measure the S11parameters of the prototype and got theresults consistent with the simulation. By theoretical analysis, simulation and optimization, the resultsof the research on plasma Yagi antenna indicates that the plasma Yagi antenna has good directionaland high gain and has comparable performance with the metal antenna.when the plasma density issufficiently large.Based on the theoretical model of dielectric barrier discharge analysis and experimentalverification measurements, a low-temperature plasma generating device of dielectric barrier dischargegrille cathode type, with a small power pulse power supply was developed.Based on the revelation ofthe phenomenon that high-voltage insulated wire safely discharges on human, a low-temperatureplasma generating device of floating electrode dielectric barrier discharge was developed.We used thetwo low-temperature plasma generating devices to do the inactivation experiments of escherichia coliand bacteria on hands,the results show that the mortality of scherichia coli irradiation area can reach100%when the irradiation time is more10seconds and a variety of bacteria on hands can be all killedwhen the irradiation time is more20seconds. Experimental results show that the two low-temperatureplasma generating devices have good sterilizing effect, so the devices are named"Low TemperaturePlasma Sterilization Instrument".
