DMM(Digital Multi-Meter)is widely used in industrial measurement because of its high precision and wide measurement range.DMM is often endowed with graphic display,mathematical calculation and other auxiliary functions to adapt to different industrial measurement environment.In order to adapt to the specific industrial measurement environment,a six and a half DMM module is designed,which can realize long-distance communication and can be controlled by upper computer.Starting from the hardware,this paper introduces the design of voltage,current,resistance measurement circuit and control circuit of six and a half DMM module.This paper introduces in detail the scheme of using resistance voltage dividing network to realize large voltage measurement,the scheme of using I / V conversion circuit to realize current measurement,and the scheme of using constant current source to realize resistance measurement.Finally,it introduces the specific hardware implementation scheme of the control circuit.Software design of six and a half Digital Multi-Meter module.The software design of six and a half DMM module includes PC software design,control software design and digital filtering algorithm design.The function of upper computer,the realization process of control software,the principle and Realization of software filtering algorithm are introduced in detail.Finally,the function and performance of six and a half DMM module are tested and verified.The paper introduces the construction of the test platform and the test scheme of voltage,current and resistance in detail.The conclusion is that the function and performance index of six and a half DMM module meet the design requirements.This paper introduces the design process of hardware and software of six and a half DMM module in detail,and tests its function and performance.Finally,the conclusion is drawn that the six and a half DMM module designed in this project meets the function and performance index of the design requirements.
