The highspeed parallel trend of information technology has promoted the progress of signal testing technology.Broadband signal acquisition and signal generation,as part of the signal testing field,play an important role.Actually some drawbacks such as the high cost,large size and complex operation of the instrument have gained the difficulty of signal testing.Traditional hardware test system with a single function can not adapt t o complex and changeable test demands.The emergence of software has changed the str ucture of the traditional hardware system,which central idea is to configure the module into various instrumental functions through software,greatly improving the test efficien cy.Therefore,in this thesis,the multichannel broadband signal test software system whi ch designed according to project requirements mainly includes two modules: broadband signal acquisition and signal generation.The main content is summarized as follows:1)Requirement analysis of software test system.Requirement analysis for all functions of the software system,and according to the requirements,realize the design of the whole software program of the instrument control module,the signal processing module,and the waveform editing,preview,generation and display module.2)The detailed design of the software test module for signal acquisition and waveform generation.The software design of the signal acquisition module and the waveform generation module in the test module are introduced in detail,and the design of the application software and hardware driver interface functions are introduced in detail.3)Data analysis and signal processing design.The signal acquisition module mainly involves broadband multi-domain analysis.The time domain analysis includes functions such as triggering,parameter measurement and gain correction.The frequency domain includes functions such as spectrum detection,spectrum tuning and three-dimensional spectrum statistics.The waveform generation module involves Editing and processing of waveform data such as function signal sources,custom signal source,baseband modulation signal source and synthesized signal source.4)Verification and analysis of test results.The software testing methods of the two instrument modules of signal acquisition and waveform generation are introduced in detail,and solutions are given to key issues involved in the testing process,and the final software testing results are listed.The thesis completed the software design of the multi-channel broadband signal test system,and conducted the test and verification of signal acquisition and signal generation on the multi-channel hardware platform,and the test results met the requirements of the test indicators.
