Organic photodetector(OPD)has the advantages of adjustable spectrum,solution processing,large area,high strength,light weight,flexibility and low cost.It has wide application prospects in military,aerospace,biomedical and other fields.In addition,compared with the traditional inorganic photodetectors,OPD can use photosensitive materials with color selective absorption band,which is easier to achieve panchromatic selectivity,and has important significance in the field of array imaging.Because the performance of OPD mainly depends on its electrical performance,its systematic evaluation is of great significance for device research.Therefore,this paper carried out the research on the design and construction of OPD electrical performance test platform,and carried out the electrical performance test of organic diode type wide spectrum OPD based on the new polymer donor material PCIG-SBDT.The specific research contents are as follows.(1)A multi parameter test platform for OPD electrical performance(including spectral responsivity,spectral specific detection rate,linear dynamic range,-3d B bandwidth,response time,etc.)was designed and built,and its stability and reliability were improved.Silicon and In Ga As double standard detectors are used to build a spectral responsivity and spectral specific detectivity test platform covering ultraviolet,visible and near infrared(wavelength range 200-1900nm),which can basically meet the test requirements of wide spectrum OPD;the linear dynamic range test platform is designed,and an optical lens is added at the light source output port,so that the light intensity output can be connected in the range of 0.01lux to 15000lux Continuous adjustable,linear dynamic range up to 123d B;design and manufacture a mechanical chopper with frequency over5000Hz,and build a-3d B bandwidth and response time test platform based on this chopper,to meet the OPD test requirements of-3d B bandwidth less than 5000Hz(response time greater than 0.2ms).In addition,the influence of different kinds of OPD fixtures on the test results is explored,and a magnetic suction fixture with high stability and convenience is designed and manufactured;several different noise shielding methods are studied,and a small dark box with metal framework and acrylic side plate is made based on the optical plate,which can effectively shield the noise caused by ambient light.(2)A wide spectrum OPD was designed and fabricated,and its electrical performance was studied by using the test platform.Firstly,the standard silicon detector S1133-01produced by Hamamatsu of Japan was used to verify the test platform,and the test results of spectral responsivity were consistent with the official data.The diode type OPD was designed with new polymer donor PCIG-SBDT and non fullerene acceptor ITIC-Th as active materials,Zn O as electron transport layer,Mo O3 as hole transport layer,and spin coating and thermal evaporation were used in turn The fabrication of the device is completed.The electrical test results show that the detection band of the device covers from 300nm to 1100nm,and it has good absorption capacity for visible light and near infrared.The highest specific detection rate can reach 4.29E13jones at 705nm;the linear dynamic range is more than 80.3d B;-3d B bandwidth and response time are 701hz and1.43ms respectively.
