Research On Logistics Planning Of H Integrated Circuit Chip Manufacturing Project

The development of China's IC industry is accelerating and has made great achievements,but there are also many problems in the process of development.For example,the project location is not scientific enough,and it is difficult to achieve profitability in the later operation period.The internal process division can not make the logistics system play the maximum efficiency.In this paper,H IC chip manufacturing park project is taken as a sample to study the above problems of this kind of project.Through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)paper,rebuild the index structure and weight of the influencing factors for the location of IC manufacturing park,and makes scientific analysis and research on the proposed location of the three projects by the way of expert scoring.The final result is consistent with the actual situation,which provides a theoretical basis and reference model for similar industrial projects,especially for IC chip manufacturing projects.In addition,after the location selected,the key points of logistics planning in the park are analyzed,especially the relationship between the process layout and logistics system in the production plant.By using the logistics engineering simulation software,the relationship between the process layout and logistics efficiency is simulated by modeling and reasonably and linearly adding AGV cars.Scientific selection of a more matching process layout.Through the above location analysis,process layout and logistics system efficiency analysis.It provides a theoretical basis for the future scientific and healthy development of such projects,and can reduce the operation cost of future projects.It also hopes to provide a reasonable logistics system model and decision-making theory for the current domestic IC manufacturing enterprises,provide a reasonable optimization possibility analysis for the similar projects that have been operated,and contribute to China's IC manufacturing industry.
