Design And Realization Of Scientific Research Management System Of A Research Institute

This paper proposes to build a scientific research management system suitable for the use of major scientific research institutes and scientific research institutions,the goal is to provide information and intelligent platform for scientific research management personnel and researchers to deal with scientific research projects and papers.The development of the system is based on the Java EE framework,which divides the system into three parts: business logic,database layer and interface layer.Customers access the system through the browser interface,and use the My SQL database to store system data and information.In view of the lack of interactivity and other problems existing in the current scientific research management system,they can propose good solutions.Then for the complex role authority control,it can sort out a clear and reasonable system business process management scheme.This paper investigates and analyzes the actual situation of the research information management of the research institute,introduces the significance of research and development of the research management system,and introduces the main work content of this subject.This paper briefly summarizes the related technology used in the development process of the system and explains why this technology is used in this paper,which focuses on the introduction of JSP technology and UML analysis and design tools;Based on the specific situation of the research institute,the system needs analysis is completed,and the functional modules of the system are designed based on the idea of sub-modules,including multiple modules such as research staff management,research project management,project paper management,project award management and research information statistics module.At the same time,the non-functional requirements of the system are analyzed.The design and implementation of the scientific research information management system are described in detail,mainly to describe the system framework,system functional modules,the logical relationship and data information in the system database.Finally,according to the characteristics of the system,the application integration scheme of the system is designed.The current popular B/S mode is adopted to develop the scientific research management system in this paper,and the business logic code,interface code and database content of the system are designed in layers.The use of Java language to write system function;Use JSP technology to write system interface;Invoke insert and create functions in My SQL database software to manipulate data information.In this paper,UML modeling language is used to describe the process of system analysis and design,use case diagrams to show the functional requirements of users,and use sequence diagrams to show the business logic realized by system functions.This topic in a research institute as the research object,first of all to its actual scientific research information management as well as the detailed demand investigation,combined with the actual situation to complete the requirements analysis and design in detail,the function of the system the research goal is to finish is suitable for the use of scientific research management system,for the study of computerized management of the staff in the hospital scientific research platform,Improve the work efficiency of scientific research management business,remove the disadvantages of traditional manual management and stand-alone information management system,and make the management of scientific research information more scientific,practical and efficient.
