With the rapid development of science and technology and society,information plays an increasingly important role in people's daily life and work,and the information exchange between people is increasingly frequent.At present,the traditional communication methods,such as telephone,fax,mail,letter,etc.,have been unable to meet the needs of "face-to-face" communication.And a variety of communication means are not compatible with each other,which can not achieve effective integration in daily work,and the existing video communication means can not meet the network security requirements of power grid enterprises.Information security,timely and effective communication is the primary problem faced by power grid enterprises,and it is also an important symbol of the modernization of power grid enterprises.This thesis designs a set of remote desktop communication system which integrates traditional and modern desktop video communication technology to meet the needs of power grid enterprises in security management,remote consultation,video monitoring,emergency response or auxiliary decision-making,and taking into account the network security requirements of power grid enterprises.During the design process,through the investigation and exploration of system business,application,integration,deployment architecture,bandwidth estimation,functional demand,non functional demand and safety design,the project can meet the overall plan of information security protection of smart grid of State Grid Company of State Grid Company Based on the requirements of the 12 th Five Year Plan of State Grid Corporation and general security requirements for application software system of State Grid Corporation,the suitable network connection mode and transmission protocol are selected according to the specific safe internal network mode of national grid.The company adopts the mode of cooperation with public network operators,and uses APN special line access to support multi network integration,maritime satellite access and other functions.At the same time,combined with the complicated geological and climatic conditions in Sichuan Province,the design of wind,rain,sunshine,fall,impact and so on is adopted;It is easy to set up with supporting support and flexible power module design.In the design,the design of remote desktop consultation,remote intelligent control,consultation system mobile app interface,function and authority is completed by using many key technologies such as multi screen synthesis,video and conference interworking,safe access of the conference terminal,noise reduction processing,signaling transmission,etc.Finally,a set of intelligent control based remote video consultation system for safe Intranet environment of State Grid Company is designed and completed to meet the current needs of grid enterprises.The remote video conference system based on intelligent management and control proposed in this thesis has a certain reference value for on-site safety production supervision of State Grid Company and remote video conference in work.
