| Recently,tourism has a rapid development. The demand of tourism QA service market is growing day by day. But at present most online tourism softwares only provide services such as booking hotel and booking tickets instead of providing comprehensive and systematic consulting service about tourism. The effect of query results from internet search engines is low and the pertinence of results is not strong. The reliability and professional of the information only obtained by internet search engines can be debated. So Network intelligence consulting system is needed. However existing intelligence consulting system is not enough satisfying in knowledge, extensibility, personalized and so on. There are few applications in the tourism area. Since the tourists have the characteristic of mobility, this paper puts forward intelligent consultation system based on mobile internet.This paper summaries the concept and theory of ontology, analyzes the present situation of tourism intelligent consultation, then this paper mainly completed the following work:It puts forward one of ontology’s applications in tourism intelligent consultation: tourism intelligent consultation model based on ontology. It analyzes the expression of ontology in tourism, determines the taxonomic hierarchy of concepts in the field of tourism, and builds ontology model based on tourism service after builds ontology model.It constructs the intelligent question-answering knowledge base. This paper collects and analyzes the common user problems, classifies the problems according to the determined taxonomic hierarchy of concepts in the field of tourism, analyzes and amalgamates common problems by extending synonyms and similar problems, matches the answers by finding relevant informations.It constructs the base based on ontology. This paper lists important concepts and terminologies and determines concepts, terminologies and the corresponding attributes by querying relevant professional books, websites and consulting experts in the field. It analyzes and builds the relationships between concepts and determines the relationships. It adds instances.At last, it simulates the system on the android simulator. Issues raised by users go into the knowledge base to match answers after word segmentation and the best answer is returned after similarity matching. Ontology base further demonstrates the specific information of instances.This paper draws the concepts and ideas of ontology, uses the semantic interpreter containing word segmentation and similarity calculation, constructs the intelligent question-answering knowledge base and the base based on ontology and transplants tourism intelligent consultation system based on ontology into the mobile terminal by taking advantages of smart phones and other mobile internet, then achieves intelligent consultation system based on mobile internet. System works show that this system can make full use of the ontological primary information, give useful and scalable answers to the tourists’ problems. This system is able to give quick answers to common questions in a specific field(tourism areas) put forward by mobile users. It is also able to provide further inquiry services. It greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of the system and enhances the ability of the system to answer, practicality and timeliness. |
