Research On Fan Culture Communication In Network Talent Show Youth With You

In the past two years,the popular network TV shows,the audience base is huge,they have become a new generation of fans.As a kind of subculture,fan culture is more and more familiar to the public.Youth With You is the hottest phenomenal online talent show of the year,with 100 female contestants showing off their abilities and viewers voting for the top 9.The development of the show and the contestants' chances to make their debut are entirely in the hands of the audience,whose every vote is crucial to the final result.Youth With You is based on a new Internet platform,where fans interact with other fans through a series of virtual social networking platforms to keep an eye on shows and idols.In this study,the main research method is network ethnography,taking the fans of the representative network TV show Youth With You as the research object,selecting the virtual community with high fan utilization rate as the observation place,and recording and writing down the observation report.Observation after the end of the interactive ritual chain theory,with the assistance of NVIVO software,the phenomenon of fan culture dissemination analysis and research.The first part of the paper explains the research background,research purposes and significance,research methods and so on,and defines and explains the core theory and concepts related to the paper.The second part gives a brief introduction of the program,which is helpful to better understand the fans' behavior and lay a foundation for the content of the article.The third part analyzes the active network virtual community and the identity construction based on it from the microcosmic level.The fourth part is based on the daily observation,using NVIVO software as a tool to analyze the spread of the surface fan culture.The fifth part,based on Collins' interactive ritual chain theory,analyzes the elements and results of the fans' interactive ritual in Youth With You,forms the unique interactive ritual chain.I hope this paper can provide a new direction and perspective for the study of fan culture.The sixth part is based on the previous article,providing some reflections and suggestions.
