The development of Cable TV in Qinhuangdao has been for decades.With the development of The Times and the constant update of scientific and technological means,the network signal of cable TV is not limited to transmit analog signals,but has developed to transmit digital TV signals,HDTV signals,broadband two-way return signals and even all-optical signals.With the explosion of information,the original transmission mode can no longer meet people's needs.In order to adapt to the trend of development and social needs,the cable TV transmission network is also changing.At present,with the continuous deepening of "three networks convergence",the comprehensive development and application of 5G technology is both a challenge and a rare opportunity for the cable TV industry.The implementation of the new policy makes it possible for cable TV networks to develop new services.In this paper,the improvement of the outdated equipment and technology,the use of new technology and more reasonable network structure optimization carried out the relevant work.Firstly,the network structure of Qinhuangdao cable TV is introduced,which is taken as a breakthrough point for analysis and research,and the network transmission mode is planned and designed reasonably.The paper has completed the structure design of the cable network in the urban area of Qinhuangdao cable TV,the bidirectional network design of the rural network and the structure design of the uplink photoelectric system in the extension room,which lays an important foundation for the expansion of new business.Secondly,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the development of Qinhuangdao cable TV network and the opportunities and challenges faced by the cable TV industry in the new environment,proposes corresponding countermeasures for the existing problems,and puts forward some Suggestions for the new opportunities and challenges.Finally,this paper expounds the Qinhuangdao cable network fault maintenance measures,combined with the practical cases in the work,discusses how to use the CMTS system noise,optimize the environment of network,solve daily breakdown and fiber breaking big failure,how to quickly locate the fault location,troubleshoot and repair,to ensure normal transmission.
