With the Big Data, cloud computing, Internet of Things related technology, especially the explosive growth of mobile Internet, the Internet has been fully integrated into people's lives. For cable operators, how to choose a reasonable network transformation technology, Completed the cable television network optical transformation, in line with the national development strategy of triple play, has great practical and economic significance.In the Chinese cable television network operators independently put forward the C-DOCSIS standard. Based on the C-DOCSIS standard networking solution to become the next generation of television network broadband access technology. After briefly describing C-DOCSIS technology, this paper mainly completes the following work:Firstly, this paper focuses on the analysis of CMTS network technology, the CMTS in the network transmission system of some of the operational indicators of the theoretical description, including the transmission system of digital signal indicators and nonlinear distortion;Secondly, this paper completes the design of CMTS bidirectional optical communication platform system, and build the relevant experimental environment to verify the performance of its work. In order to reduce the influence of nonlinear distortion on the platform, the optical receiver module of CMTS bidirectional optical communication platform is designed and the performance evaluation of working parameters is carried out by experiment.Thirdly, the port automation test of CMTS platform is designed,which is used for the automatic test of the CMTS platform port, and the related database record debugging data is established to facilitate the later maintenance and repair of the equipment.
