As the development of “Internet +” and new era of knowledge economy,collaborative innovation,cross-border integration has become an irreversible trend,in the face of the public demand for cultural services increasingly diverse,heterogeneous and dynamic,by only a single information organization cannot provide complete cultural service,also is unable to adapt to the new era of knowledge economy new changes.As a regional knowledge and information center,libraries are bound to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with other industry institutions,broaden their horizons,seek new cooperation objects and cooperation modes,and constantly explore different cooperation modes with the government,enterprises,scientific research institutions and other objects to occupy the information plateau.However,the current performance of libraries,especially special libraries,in carrying out cross-border cooperation is weak,and they lack of close cooperation with other industry institutions,and they cannot achieve their own cross-border transformation and service upgrading.Under this background,it is possible to explore the construction of the cross-border cooperation mode of professional libraries,and to identify the obstacles and difficulties and influencing factors that affect the cross-border cooperation of special libraries.Through investigation and analysis,this paper aims to put forward optimization Suggestions on the cross-border cooperation practices carried out by current special libraries,so as to better serve scientific research users and support scientific and technological innovation and progress.The research work of this paper mainly includes the following five aspects:(1)This paper reviews the theoretical and practical research status of cross-border cooperation between domestic and foreign libraries.The research status at home and abroad is reviewed and compared,and the current situation and main problems of domestic cross-border cooperation are analyzed.(2)Carry out investigation and analysis on cases of cross-border cooperation of libraries.Cross-border cooperation research summarized different types of library service characteristics and typical case analysis,to explore the public library and university library and the characteristics of special library cross-border cooperation,to distinguish between the cooperation of different types of service principal characteristics and service modes,and compared with other types of library,compares the special library in cross-border cooperation facing the present situation and problems.(3)This paper carrys on the profound analysis to the typical case,making a detailed analysis and research on the cross-border cooperation of the Chinese Academy of Science,National Science Library,and analyzes the mode,operation mechanism and service characteristics of the cooperation,so as to provide reference for other libraries to carry out cross-border cooperation.(4)To investigate the service needs of the current research users of the literature and information center of the Chinese academy of sciences,and to analyze the current situation and existing problems of the cross-border cooperation among libraries based on the research on librarians,to find the deficiencies of the current cooperation mode,and to summarize the factors affecting the cross-border cooperation among special libraries.(5)Based on the results of full text research and analysis,specific and feasible optimization suggestions are put forward according to the deficiencies of the current cooperation mode and the service needs of users.Including(1)macro level: Strengthen the top-level design,active planning,step by step implementation;Build a cross-border cooperation mechanism.(2)micro level: Based on the core work,promote service upgrading;Strengthen cross-border marketing and expand brand influence;Focus on cooperation effect evaluation.This paper contains 30 figures,20 tables and 2 appendices.
