With the advancement of the fourth industrial revolution,the size of the automation market is constantly growing in China and even the world,and the demand for control in the market continues to increase and change,which puts forward higher requirements for the development efficiency of control system.At present,the configuration software that focuses on monitoring performance is relatively weak in the control functions.To modify the control system,the scripts need to be written and require professional programmers to operate.Moreover,when the control system changes,it needs to modify the source code that has been written into the lower computer controller.The configuration software without the function of code reconstruction,which brings great inconvenience to the users who are non-professional programmers.In view of the above problems,this paper designs and develops a programmable intelligent measurement and control platform,which has the universality of traditional configuration software.At the same time,it proposes a fast programming method,which changed the solidification mode of traditional process equipment control program,so that nonprofessional programmers can also complete the programming work.Firstly,from the perspective of hardware and software layers,this paper designs a lower computer controller based on programmable logic controller.Considering the structural characteristics of the system,the communication protocol between the computer and the controller is designed.The communication between the computer and the server uses HTTPS protocol,which includes active connection and passive connection.In passive connection,the long polling method of Ajax is used to solve the problem of the server cannot actively send data to the client.According to the system development process and the required functions,the upper computer software is designed.The simple programming logic and the userfriendly interface are combined to enable the users to have a good experience.Secondly,from the perspective of key technology layer,this paper designs open communication instruction set,considering the readability of the user and the rapid recognition of computers,designs the instruction optimization scheduling strategies,instruction set dynamic adjustment strategies,instruction execution strategies and instructions quickly search method,makes the orderly work of the system,and improves the operation efficiency at the same time.The expert control method is used to design the knowledge base and inference and the expert control production rules are come up with to ensure the system can diagnose and deal with the faults quickly.In this paper,the PID control method based on BP neural network is designed to get rid of the problem of traditional PID control which needs to rely on the experience to debug in filed.It can automatically adjust P,I and D,find the appropriate parameter combination,and finally achieve the purpose of control.Finally,from the point of application layer,the application research of programmable intelligent measurement and control platform system is carried out.Actual project test shows this system has been successfully applied to the intelligent monitoring of IBS-001 ion sputtering coating machine,the transformation of the American AQUEOUT SMT750-LD SERIES water cleaning machine system,and the monitoring of the control system of railway truck spraying equipment.Up to now,the system has been running well.Be attributable to research of the subject,on the one hand,the intelligent measurement and control platform system has achieved a certain regularity,practicality,and guiding results.On the other hand,it helps enterprises to solve the problem of fast programming in the actual process control,and brings certain economic and social benefits for enterprises simultaneously.
