| Comprehensive experiment project involves the integration of multi knowledge,which can improve students’ innovation ability and comprehensive ability.It is one of the important means to cultivate talents in science and engineering universities.Based on the requirements of comprehensive curriculum system,aiming at the problem of poor integration of microcontroller technology and the original experimental arrangement theory of DC speed regulation,this paper develops a set of DC pulse width double closed-loop speed regulation experimental system,and designs relevant experimental contents for teaching arrangement.The experimental system consists of nine parts: controller module,drive module,IGBT module,power module,DC motor module,load module,speed detection module,current detection module and upper computer module.The embedded microprocessor STM32F103 is the main controller of the experimental system.The driving module uses tx-da962a4 q,the IGBT module uses f4-75r12ks4,the power module uses DC switching power supply,the permanent magnet DC motor as the controlled object,the load module uses single axis magnetic powder brake,the speed detection module uses incremental photoelectric rotary encoder,and the current detection module uses Hall sensor acs712,The upper computer programming software environment is mdk5,the upper computer monitoring interface development environment is labview2018,and the upper and lower computers use RS232 communication mode for data transmission.Based on the designed experimental system,the basic experiment and comprehensive experiment are designed for teaching arrangement by integrating microcontroller technology and DC speed regulation related theoretical knowledge.The basic experiment includes LED lamp experiment,TFTLCD content display experiment and timer function experiment.The LED lamp experiment is divided into two parts: controlling output level to change led lamp state and pressing key to control LED lamp state.The timer function experiment is divided into four parts: timing interrupt to control LED lamp flashing,timer PWM signal output,pressing key to adjust PWM output signal duty cycle and motor speed detection.The comprehensive experiment includes DC motor speed control experiment,host computer design experiment and expansion experiment.The DC motor speed control experiment is divided into three parts: open-loop speed control,speed single closed-loop speed control and speed current double closed-loop speed control.The expansion experiment is divided into two parts:M / t speed detection algorithm application and fuzzy PID algorithm application.Based on the experiment system,the content of experiment design is realized. |
