The paper presents a temperature control system for life supporting. The task is from the program-'the research about the effect to gene and heredity from the space radiation'-on the spaceflight satellite for science experiment in the'eleventh-five'plan.The key point in this paper is about the feasibility of the control project for multi-temperature zone using initiative and passive control fashion under the resource lack condition. The numeric PID increment arithmetic is applied in the initiative control system. The Least Squares algorithm with the F-Test algorithm is presented for the identification of the system, which realizes to control temperature precisely under the power-saving condition. The Icepak software is used to emulate the model of the drosophila box. The result proves the design of control system, and some reasonable conclusions are drawn, which are very useful for the factual design of the drosophila box. Additional the system designs about the software and the hardware are presented.
