With the development trend of digital music creation,presentation and dissemination,the existing music copyright recognition and protection methods based on physical carrier can not adapt to the completely digital music ecology.With the help of computer application technology,information security technology and blockchain technology,this paper hopes to design and implement a trusted music copyright storage mode based on blockchain.By optimizing the existing music(audio)fingerprint extraction algorithm,this paper realizes the extraction of music copyright elements(lyrics,music arrangement,author information,and the generated international standard music work code),and the algorithm has been successfully extracted Cheng not only includes the finished products of digital music,but also runs through the whole process of creation.At the same time,in order to achieve the trusted storage of blockchain,an innovative blockchain consensus algorithm is designed,which can record music copyright elements on the blockchain safely,so as to realize the storage of digital music copyright elements information,and further improve the security and credibility of copyright elements storage.In order to realize timely,efficient,safe and credible digital music copyright deposit,the main contributions of this article are as follows:(1)Innovation of digital music deposit modelBy designing music fingerprint extraction technology,this mode can not only enrich the existing copyright element information,but also support the digital music storage system to segment and match music,thereby identifying plagiarism,piracy and other behaviors.In the past,it was only for the preservation and protection of the final music product.The model increases the protection of the intermediate and final results of the creative process.With the support of the extracted music copyright fingerprint content,it realizes efficient recognition of similar music fragments,so as to verify whether plagiarism is in the depository.The content of the deposit certificate meets the electronic evidence requirements confirmed by the Internet court.Compared with the existing copyright information,it adds music fingerprint elements,timestamps,keys and other elements;the concept of "creation is to deposit evidence" is designed and the sample is directly The(demo)elements are extracted to the server,which solves the problem of unclear rights holders from the source;at the same time,the addition of the blockchain technology architecture overcomes the problems of opaque information and lack of credibility caused by the existing evidence platform due to the centralized structure defects.(2)Blockchain consensus mechanism innovationCompared with the current mainstream consensus mechanisms POW and dpos,povc(proof of value contribution)consensus mechanism is proposed innovatively: it draws on the complexity and efficient consensus of dpos algorithm,as well as the high security of pow algorithm.The nodes on the main chain vote to select 21 out of the block nodes randomly out of the block,and synchronize the block information in other out of the block nodes.According to the length of the out of the block cycle,an anchor node is selected to anchor the block to the public chain with credibility for verification by other nodes on the chain.POVC can satisfy both security and efficiency,and is applied in business environment.The application of consensus mechanism in the main chain is different from that in the public chain,which enables the main chain to choose a consensus mechanism suitable for the storage of music works according to the business situation,and improves the efficiency of the storage and dissemination of music works,so as to improve the operation efficiency,security and credibility of the whole mode.Finally,this paper uses music fingerprint extraction and POVC consensus to carry out simulation experiments to verify that this model is feasible,reliable,safe and efficient.
