With the development of the economy and technology,digital transformation is a consensus of the whole society.For retail,fast-moving consumer goods,and chain industries,the rapid development of online shopping,convenient shopping experiences,and fast delivery,have hugely impacted offline business enterprises.Therefore,at this stage,industries have shifted their focus and are looking to providing potential customers with humanized services,as well as online and offline integration to promote secondary repurchase.Among them,diverse payment methods and extended members' systems and marketing methods are the cornerstones.Now,traditional cash payment and simple card payment are a thing of the past and no longer resonate with current trends,at the same time,the concept that payment embodies the end of the business model is also defunct.Nowadays,QR code payment,unified user information,the online and offline integrated payment experience,and account-based multi-scene payment forms have greatly reshaped consumers' consumption habits.Therefore,a payment method that relies on aggregate payment has become an important data source for offline enterprises to obtain consumer portraits,reverse transform the original traditional membership and marketing mode,and construct new financial products and business analysis.Thus,payment has become an important jumping-off point with new business models.Now,scanning QR codes has become standardized;it highlights that payments are slowly becoming standard tools for giant companies.The digital currency(DC/EP),as a key national promotion,is the result of the final evolution of the ultimate currency birthed from science,technology,and social development.As an alternative to MO,digital money is far from a common rivalry between tech giants like Alipay and We Chat,rather,it's an entirely different concept.The promotion of digital currency needs not only the support of a policy but also the cooperation of upstream and downstream in the whole industrial chain.As a national sovereign currency,the issuance of DC / EP is coordinated by the People's Bank of China,while circulation requires the linkage of exchange institutions,businesses,and consumers to allow people to promote and use digital currency.Taking the retail industry as an example,this paper describes the development of DC / EP and its significance to businesses.At the same time,it focuses on the in-depth analysis of information management.Also,it serves as a blueprint for key merchants in the industry to solve the information management of digital currency(DC/EP),effectively manage DC/EP in the digital era,and help DC/EP pass the industry's key merchants first.The bank will be able to effectively implement,form a benchmark,and then vertically promote to the industry,consolidate the foundation of DC/EP landing,and improve the business effect of merchants.In this case,it means helping digital currency establish a normal circulation of issuance and acceptance while providing a reference significance for other industries.
