In the context of triple play,the SARFT requires provincial broadcasting and television institutions to develop converged media based on cloud computing technology.Many provincial-level broadcasting and television stations across the country have successively established a converged media cloud platform with hybrid cloud architecture,and tried to use new technologies to integrate traditional services.The plate transitioned smoothly to the cloud.my country's cloud platform technology has developed rapidly in the past 10 years,and has achieved remarkable results.At the same time,many problems have also appeared.This paper takes the user management cloud platform of JS radio and television station as an example to study its risk management issues,which can promote theoretical research on the combination of technological innovation projects and risk management work,and contribute to the scientific and rationalization of JS radio and television project decision-making,and reduce risks.Ensure the smooth implementation of the project.Based on risk management theory,this paper uses literature research,questionnaire survey,quantitative analysis and other research methods to conduct systematic analysis,conduct risk identification,risk evaluation,and risk response research on the project,and establish a risk management system for the user management cloud platform of JS Radio and Television.First of all,use the literature research method to extensively read the relevant literature of this article,grasp the relevant theories of the research topic,analyze the current situation of relevant research at home and abroad,and lay a solid theoretical foundation for the systematic research and discussion of the risks of the JS radio and television user management cloud platform project.Secondly,after multiple rounds of screening using the brainstorming method and the Delphi method,a formal risk identification list is obtained,including 4 secondary risks of technology,management,personnel,and capital.Use the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the risks of the JS radio and television user management cloud platform project,build a risk evaluation model,determine the index weight,and use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish a fuzzy evaluation set and membership matrix,based on the first and second risk factors Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Finally,with risk prevention and risk control as the main goals,it proposes matching response strategies and monitoring measures for the various risks that have been identified.In order to deal with technical risks,the project department should maintain the stability of the technical talent team,strengthen the recruitment and training of core talents,formulate a complete database security management mechanism,and comprehensively improve the team's mastery of the cloud platform professional technology;in order to deal with user risks,it must be comprehensive Maintain the relationship between existing customers,pay attention to the excessive transfer of customers to the cloud platform,and formulate a complete new customer development mechanism;in order to deal with the management risk,it is necessary to establish a sound cloud platform operation management mechanism and establish a cloud platform risk control mechanism;in order to respond Funding risks should strengthen budget management to prevent overspending,and at the same time actively absorb social funds to support platform project construction,and establish a modern financial management system.
