Cloud Computing is a new popular IT concept. It has attracted many security companies, since the rate of return of investment increases. With the adoption of this new technology, companies can decrease the operation cost by5to7times. But in the mean time, companies also face many problems. Such as a wide variety of application platforms, the compatibility between systems, the difficulty on safeguard the data in Cloud. So it is important for us to explore and research the methods of risk identification, risk assessment and risk control in Cloud Computing. And thus, put forward a suitable set of project risk management. This plays a significant role in reducing companies’ transfer cost and improving the rate of project success. This paper studies the H Securities Company’s Cloud Computing migration project management by using the theory of project risk management as a tool. First, expert interview method and WBS-RBS matrix method are used to identify and assess the risks. Then, the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to evaluate5main risk factors (strategy, management, contracts, technology and security) and20sub-risk factors. These sub-risk ones are divided into high, medium and low lists, according to their different urgent levels, through quantitative analysis. And the project’s overall risks are assessed by combining with the results of risk identification. Finally, on the basis of risk assessment, the risk control problem is studied in focusing on high and medium level ones. It is recommended to deploy SQA control process and the cloud-defense system, which based on trust and other positive measures to control the risk. To make sure the project can be carried out smoothly. At the same time, it can also provide reference to the companies, which plan to carry out the same cloud computing migration project risk management.
