Design And Implementation Research Of Attendance System In RS Company Based On MIS

With the continuous expansion of business field and the continuous increase of project location,traditional attendance can no longer meet the needs of enterprises.With its complete logical judgment and independent management background,mobile attendance is favored by more and more small and micro enterprises.However,for most large and medium-sized enterprises which have established MIS,the poor connection of attendance data will inevitably lead to the inconvenience of checking attendance results,and using the third-party platform to check attendance will also inevitably lead to certain security risks due to the exposure of employees' mobile phone numbers and enterprise organizational structure.Therefore,all kinds of large and medium-sized enterprises should make full use of MIS to establish attendance system,in order to reduce the workload of attendance summary and greatly improve the efficiency of accounting.Taking RS company as the research object,this thesis expounds the whole process of its attendance system from design to implementation.First of all,through the detailed analysis of the personnel situation and MIS of RS company,the realistic basis for the design of attendance system is provided.The current situation of attendance management of RS company is described.Combined with the results of sampling questionnaire survey on employees,seven problems of the current attendance management were determined and analyzed in depth.Secondly,considering the actual situation of the company,the design requirements of the attendance system are completed,and the framework of the system is determined on this basis.The face recognition device and the mobile phone APP program are introduced to form the collection port,and the attendance module is embedded in the MIS to realize the data docking and function setting,to form the analysis port of the attendance data,and finally forming a relatively complete attendance system.The core of the system lies in the design of the attendance module in MIS,especially the logical judgment of the attendance results and the mandatory requirements of the attendance system,which greatly guarantees the quality and accuracy of the attendance results,and provides the attendance appeal window for employees to reduce disputes.Thirdly,through the implementation of the attendance system and evaluation of its implementation effect to prove its effectiveness;Finally,the attendance process data derived from the system is fully applied to calculate the actual workload of the employees.Combined with the artificial cost and project data,using the decision tree method and linear programming method comprehensive analysis,finally realize for the purpose of the attendance data fully mining.Through the design of the attendance system of RS company,this thesis attempts to enhance the satisfaction of the employees' attendance,improve the validity of the attendance data and attendance management efficiency,reduce the amount of manual accounting.On this basis,the attendance data is fully explored,trying to provide reference methods for other similar enterprises and organizations.
