With the rapid development and wide application of modern information technology,digital management as an effective management method has been continuously applied in various industries.As an important field of commercial service industry,retail industry is increasingly showing the promotion effect of enterprise digital management on its operating efficiency.Digital management is not only able to apply Internet of Things,database,block chain,artificial intelligence etc to modify its retail stores to provide seamless customer experience,but also to retail enterprises through the digital transformation of internal process management to improve the operation efficiency,at the same time also can help retail enterprises and the external market main body formed between digital ecosystem partnerships,to promote the development of enterprise value network.However,judging from the current development of digital management in retail enterprises,the digital capacity building of retail enterprises in our country is still in the transition from shallow application stage to in-depth mastery stage.Therefore,under the background of the continuous development of the current digital economy,studying the digital management of retail enterprises and forming targeted optimization measures through specific practices of typical retail enterprises have certain reference value and practical significance for promoting the digital management of retail enterprises in China.Therefore,under the background of the continuous development of the current digital economy,studying the digital management of retail enterprises and forming targeted optimization measures through specific practices of typical retail enterprises have certain reference value and practical significance for promoting the digital management of retail enterprises in China.This paper takes company 1 as the research object and discusses the optimization of digital management in company 1.Firstly,the paper sorts out the relevant research documents of domestic and foreign academic circles on digital management.Under theguidance of customer experience management theory,retail channel management theory,supply chain management theory and enterprise informatization theory,it clarifies the promotion effect of enterprise digital management on enterprise efficiency and lays a solid theoretical foundation for subsequent research.Secondly,it sums up the effects of L Company's initial digital management,analyzes the existing problems in L Company's digital management,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Thirdly,By means of comparative analysis,by introducing the successful digital management practices of domestic and foreign retail enterprises,this paper compares domestic and foreign enterprises with company 1,and points out the digital management experience and put forward the optimization goal of L Company's retail digital management that company 1 should learn from.On this basis,it further puts forward some measures and suggestions for L Company to optimize digital management.
