Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Collaboration System Based On Spring Boot Framework And Cloud Storage

With the advent of the "Internet +" era,office automation systems(OA)are constantly being improved in the continuous evolution of information and technology.How to solve a series of requirements of enterprise project management,personnel management and communication management to achieve its informatization strategy purpose,and to create a multi-party management integrated collaboration system platform that integrates project,personnel,and communication has great practical significance.This dissertation will design and implement a corporate collaboration system from aspects such as system architecture,system function modules,and system testing.It will also study the Solr retrieval algorithm based on Lucene and the recommendation algorithm based on CB to provide service support for the system.First of all,this dissertation takes the traditional office automation system as the starting point,and combines the current internal changes in the needs of the company,analyzes the system requirements from three aspects of system feasibility,functionality,and non-functional requirements,and discusses the system difficulties.The overall architecture divides and designs the system functions.It is mainly divided into message assistant module,workbench module,project management module,statistical analysis module,network disk module,communication module and background management module.Finally,all functions of the collaboration system are realized.The system has completed functional,performance,compatibility,and security testing,which meets the requirements for going online.This system adopts Spring Boot framework and MVC mode for system design,Hibernate framework for data persistence layer,and Easy UI to build HTML5 interface.By researching the Lucene scoring algorithm and the CB-based recommendation algorithm to implement the message retrieval function and task allocation recommendation function,combined with Shiro,Web Socket,cache elimination algorithm,load balancing weighted poll algorithm,and cloud storage and other technologies to achieve set management and communication In one,a crossregion and cross-department collaborative office collaboration system can be implemented to achieve the effects of reducing costs,improving efficiency,and intelligentizing the office.
