Research On The Book Acquisition Decision Model Of University Library Based On Decision Tree Algorithm

Paper books are an important part of Academic library collection,and book acquisition in academic library is the basis of library collection construction and document resources layout.In recent years,a large number of books are published,the acquisition fund is gradually shifted to electronic resources,and the building area tends to be stable,which brings difficulties to the book acquisition,and increases the difficulty for the acquisition librarians of academic libraries to make decisions on book acquisition.Intelligent society is coming to us,intelligent decision-making has become the trend of The Times,breaking the traditional model of completely relying on librarians for book interview decision-making has slowly emerged.At present,the automatic system of academic library rarely involves the interview decision,which usually only provides a platform for the interview decision librarian to receive the recommended information from readers,and the decision depends on the professional ability of the librarian to a large extent.The quality of book acquisition is related to the level of the acquisition librarian,and the decision of book acquisition is more subjective.In this paper,by collecting relevant materials and interviewing the book acquisition staff of academic library,and combining with relatively mature intelligent algorithms,this paper puts forward a decision model of academic library book procurement based on decision tree algorithm,which mainly includes the following aspects:First of all,through literature analysis,relevant domestic and foreign research literature was collected for reading and analysis,to understand the current research progress and research methods of this research topic in detail,and the relevant theories were studied,so as to clarify the research ideas and theories of this paper.Second,through the interview method to select different types of seven interview librarian of academic library interview or director,to know the detailed process of library book acquisitioning in colleges and universities as well as the problems existing in the interview and all kinds of phenomena,analyze the various factors affecting the academic library books purchasing decision,based on information gain algorithm selection feature variables from the influencing factors and to quantify it.Taking the selected characteristic variables as independent variables and whether the books have been borrowed by readers as dependent variables,the decision tree algorithm is used to construct the book acquisition decision model of academic library.Finally,in the aspect of practice,the selection of the H academic library for nearly 10 years of purchasing books for simulation,based on decision tree algorithm for academic library books purchasing decision model has certain feasibility and research value,on the basis of through to the specific combination of both,in order to achieve effective to overcome the problem of how to choose books in academic library,breaking the traditional academic library books purchasing decision model,improve the quality of books in academic library.
