The Research Of Risk Decision For E Company Ssd Developing Based On Decision Tree Model

The birth and development of cloud computing brings tremendous pressure to traditional IT infrastructure manufacturers,such as E Company,which has to consider reducing product costs while developing new technologies to increase product price competitiveness,and bringing more profits to enterprises to maintain high R&D investment.Enterprise-class solid-state disk is the main storage medium of IT infrastructure products,and its cost accounts for up to one-third of the total hardware cost of the product.For this reason,E company is facing a series of management decisions on developing SSDs.With that,E company is also facing the risk brought by the uncertainty of the market prospects of SSDs.Therefore,it is necessary for E company to make relevant decision analysis.In this field,existing research or enterprise practice includes market demand and trend analysis,market entry decision-making,strategic decision-making,or cost-benefit analysis.In view of the similar corporate management decision-making problems,most of the previous studies or business practices remain at the level of qualitative research or preliminary financial analysis,which fails to fully consider the decision-making problems and the uncertainty brought by risks,not able to provide optimal decision reference.On the basis of qualitative research and decision tree theory,this paper will establish a decision tree model to study this kind of corporate decision-making problems.This study not only successfully solved a series of decision-making problems for E company to develop SSDs,but also has a very positive practical significance for similar decision-making problems of enterprises.In addition,the decision tree analysis in this paper has a wide range of generalization,it's believed that it can bring beneficial theoretical support and scientific decision-making basis for more and more enterprise management decisions.
