In order to promote technology-driven business model innovation,realize the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,realize the important deployment of the national "Internet +" strategy,and nurture new driving forces for economic development.China is already the second largest economy.In some industrial fields,the business model innovation practices of Chinese enterprises have taken the lead in the world,which also calls for the theoretical innovation of business model from China and affecting the world.So-called excellent business model is not afraid to be copied,because like ren,jack ma,founder of dong mingzhu,lei jun,and other enterprises or leader,they are the largest capital enterprise,make seemingly similar business model in the evolution of implement differentiation,therefore,the structure of the business model is not a static,but can be driven by an evolutionary development of "life".This paper mainly through the Mi enterprise T-shaped business model value realization aspects of the research and analysis.From two dimensions of theory and data,model for creation of the millet T business model,marketing model and capital three parts value realization is analyzed,by studying the millet technology products of value for customers,marketing model for enterprise contribution,and the study of millet financing problems,come to the conclusion that three aspects.In the first aspect,the product portfolio created by Xiaomi's creation mode is at the leading level in the industry in terms of cost performance,and customers of Xiaomi products have a strong sense of participation and experience.Secondly,Xiaomi's marketing model can reduce marketing expenses,increase sales revenue and broaden the customer base for enterprises.Thirdly,Xiaomi's capital model can broaden financing channels and increase financing scale for enterprises,and the financing cost is lower than the level of the same industry.Furthermore analyzed the millet T business model to the cause of the success,the analysis of the causes from three aspects,respectively is the external environment,internal reason and T business model point of view,analysis the following reasons: in the aspect of external environment,national policy support,the development of electronic commerce technology provides a good external environment for the enterprise;At the level of enterprise itself,the advanced management level and the centripetal corporate culture are the important factors.On the advantage level of T business model,the implementation of this business model can actively mobilize the subjective initiative of enterprise owners and make enterprise products more close to users.In the end,the conclusion of the realization effect of T business model enterprise value and constructive suggestions for enterprise development are obtained from three aspects respectively.
