With the rapid development of the global economy and the strong support of national policies,the logistics industry has become the artery system of the national economy,which connects various sectors of the economy and makes it an organic whole.Its development degree has also become one of the important indicators to measure the degree of modernization and comprehensive national strength of a country.However,according to the logistics industry development survey and analysis report,the logistics cost in 2019 is about 10% of GDP in the United States,around 11% in Japan and around 20% in China.It can be seen that the logistics cost in China is twice as much as that in developed countries,and how to effectively integrate the logistics market resources to reduce the total cost of the whole logistics market has become one of the important contents of national economic development and reform.At the same time,under the influence of resource sharing consciousness such as sharing economy and sharing car,this thesis considers realizing the sharing of transportation resources in the form of logistics alliance,and based on this,puts forward an overall decision to reduce the total cost of the whole logistics market.Released in the national ministry of "promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises planning(2016-2020)" the policy guidance,the rapid development of small and medium-sized production and trade enterprises as the shipper,the number increased,and the small and medium-sized enterprises as an important part of logistics,the shipper on the logistics cost optimization to improve research can effectively promote the study of cost optimization to improve the whole logistics market.Transportation task analysis of the middle and small shipping enterprises in the process of discovery,and similar areas within the scope of the middle and small shipping enterprises may exist between synthetic transportation tasks,this thesis consider building small and medium-sized logistics alliance,the shipper and based on the alliance perspective car goods match the alliance of the shipper and the cost allocation problem is studied.In this thesis,the vehicle and cargo matching and cost allocation under shipper alliance are studied.The main contents of the study include:(1)model construction.Based on the perspective of transportation alliance,a vehicle and cargo scheduling model is established,which takes minimizing the total cost as the optimization objective,and comprehensively considers the factors such as the time window of transportation demand and transportation volume.(2)Algorithm design.Three time window processing strategies are proposed,and particle swarm optimization algorithm is designed to solve the above models.(3)Analysis of calculation examples.In order to verify the rationality of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm,the thesis analyzes the random numerical examples,and shows that the proposed model and algorithm can effectively solve the problem of vehicle and cargo matching under shipper alliance.Based on the results of vehicle and cargo matching,the cost allocation of the alliance is studied,and the effect of three common cost allocation methods is analyzed mainly through numerical examples.
