Stealth aircraft achieves stealth by reducing radar cross section(RCS)with special absorbing materials.At present,the mainstream absorbing materials are for electromagnetic waves ranging from 1 to 40 GHz.P band ranges from 0.23 to 1GHz,and D band ranges from110 to 170 GHz.Thus,detection capability to stealth target can be significantly improved using the P and D band radar.Based on the topic of near-field anti-stealth target detection,P/D band composite high-speed target detection radar signal processor is developed.Firstly,to achieve high precision range and velocity estimation for high-speed target,a frame of P/D band composite high-speed target detection radar signal processor,cooperative detection waveforms and signal processing fusion algorithms are designed.A method of high precision range and velocity estimation through fusion processing from P and D band radar,using P band radar velocity measurement result to determine the Doppler ambiguity multiple of the target in D band radar.And detection performance of fusion processing algorithm is verified by simulation.Secondly,the design and implementation of P/D band composite high-speed target detection radar signal processor based on the architecture of FPGA and DSP is presented.The tasks of radar signal processor are assigned on FPGA and DSP.P band BPSK radar echo signal processing and D band LFMCW radar beat echo signal processing are implemented on FPGA.The fusion processing of P/D band radar signal processing result is implemented on DSP.In addition,the target echo signal simulator is completed to verify the performance of the radar signal processor.Finally,a test platform is built by using the target echo simulator to verify the real-time and functionality of the radar signal processor.The test results verify that the P/ D band composite high speed target detection radar signal processor meets the requirements of system real-time performance,distance and speed measurement accuracy.
