The rapid development of stealth technology makes our aerial intelligence network facing a severe challenge,which forces us to consider how to destroy stealth weapon and investigate anti-stealth technology. Combining with some advanced research project and wide-band multi-polarization meter-band radar experiment system, some researches are proposed in this paper.Firstly, this paper introduces the scheme of wide-band multi-polarization meter-band radar experiment system. It summarizes the techniques of channelized receiver based on multiphase filter bank and low-pass filter bank. The signal processing flows with which the transmitted signals are FMCM and LFM pulse are given. It also introduces the real data acquisition and the processing result of real data. It analyzes the reason why the radar couldn't detects the target when transmitted signal is FMCM. The result of real data processing is showed. In the VHF frequency range, 75MHz band, the difference of the power of the same goal echo at different frequencies is above 10dB. The resonant effect of target in meter-band is validated .If the radar work in the resonant frequency, the radar cross section(RCS) of target will increase 10dB than in no resonant frequency, so is signal to noise ratio(SNR). Comparing the echo signal power of the same target with different polarization modes is found that circular or elliptical polarization is more favorable for target detection than single-polarization.It provides some experimental evidence for the study of wide-band multi-polarization anti-stealth meter-radar.
