As the most important part of Doppler navigation system,Doppler velocity measurement radar directly determines the velocity measurement accuracy and navigation accuracy of Doppler navigation system.Single-frequency continuous wave radar has the advantages of light weight,small size and zero active height,and is widely used in many fields.In response to the lack of low-power and low-cost civilian helicopter airborne Doppler velocity measurement radar products,this paper mainly completes the design and implementation of a singlefrequency continuous wave Doppler velocity measurement radar signal processing system based on FPGA and DSP.Firstly,the velocity measurement principle of airborne continuous wave radar is introduced,the radar velocity measurement error under different beam configurations is analyzed,and related signal processing technologies are described,including digital sampling,digital down conversion,coupled leakage suppression,constant false alarm detection,Doppler frequency check and Kalman filter;Secondly,according to the single-frequency continuous wave radar system,the design of the signal processing system of the Doppler velocity radar is completed,including the signal processing algorithm scheme and hardware scheme;Thirdly,the algorithm scheme of the signal processing system is simulated and implemented based on the FPGA's high-speed digital computing capability,and the simulation results are given,including digital down conversion module,coupled leakage suppression module,Doppler frequency measurement module,constant false alarm detection module,Kalman filter module and SRIO and ARINC-429 interface communication modules;finally,the functional verification of each module is performed on the system hardware platform,and the radar prototype is tested to analyze its performance in the field.By experimental verification,the design of the Doppler radar signal processing system meets the system design requirements,the signal processing system works normally,and the algorithm scheme is feasible.
