With the rapid development of home appliance intelligence,the intelligent refrigerator based on radio frequency identification(RFID)system is favored.Reader antenna is the key component of RFID system,which directly affects the reliability and stability of the system.The research on the design of reader antenna and screen printing method can achieve low-cost,rapid and mass production,so it is of great significance in the manufacture of printed electronics.The structure of the 13.56Mhz reader antenna is designed,the optimum process parameters are obtained by analyzing the screen printing process,and the connection mode of the antenna is improved to build a software platform with the function of food supervision,through the test of the reading ability of the antenna,the feasibility of the application of the reader antenna in the refrigerator is verified.The specific content of the study is as follows:(1)According to the design theory of reader antenna,considering the actual environment of refrigerator and the limitation of RFID reader antenna in refrigerator,the rectangular Planar inductor is selected as the antenna structure,and the antenna shape size is determined.The designed inductor is SP analyzed by ADS software,and the sensor value is about 1.69uH.The inductor model is simulated by Momentum simulation tool,and the simulation results are consistent with the inductor model,so the feasibility of the design is verified.(2)In order to ensurtie the stability and controllability of the quality of the reader antenna,the influence of screen printing process and curing condition on the performance of the antenna is analyzed:The speed of Squeegee is 400mm/s,the distance from the net is 4mm,the curing time is 60min and the curing temperature is 100?,Under these conditions,the antenna fabricated by screen printing has good surface morphology and electrical properties.The reader antenna is printed by ink-jet printing,and the performance of the antenna is compared.The results show that screen printing has more advantages in speed,conductivity and cost.(3)In order to improve the reliability of the connection between the antenna and the matching circuit,the theory and method of the bridging connection of the printed flexible circuit are studied.Using vector Network analyzer to analyze the original image of Smith,the results show that the matching effect is good.(4)The software of intelligent food management system is developed,and the results show that the reading distance,reading sensitivity and reading obstacle of the antenna meet the requirement,the utility model solves the problem that the complicated environment in the antenna refrigerator may affect the working ability of the antenna.
