As one of the hottest social entertainment APP,Tik Tok has attracted wide attention since its launch on September 20,2016.Short video content production has gradually changed the way of information dissemination and content construction,more and more people choose Tik Tok as the "distribution center "."Fact checking ",as a hot research topic at home and abroad,appears in the form of refuting rumors.At the time when Internet rumors are complicated," fact checking " has a long way to go.There are also various kinds of videos under the banner of "refuting rumors" on the platform,but the quality of its content is often mixed and unconvincing.Based on the different nature of "fact checking" account on the Tik Tok,this paper systematically analyzes its content and puts forward some shortcomings.It is necessary to optimize and upgrade its content with the help of the relevant countermeasures.This paper takes the content related to "fact checking" published in six accounts,such as "Science Refuting Rumors ",as the research object,Select all the video content related to "fact checking" released from December 2019 to December 2020,a total of 595 videos.Based on CARS Checklist,by using IBM SPSS Statistic 24,this paper makes an empirical study on the video content of "fact checking" from five aspects: agenda index,credibility index,accuracy index,reasonableness index and supporting index.Through quantitative analysis,to find out their characteristics and differences in content,and summed up its existing problems and causes,To this put forward rationalization to improve the overall content quality countermeasures and suggestions.The research found that there are many significant differences in the process of content production and release between government and official agencies,large commercial media and "fact checking" accounts operated by media organizations.These differences will affect the audience's judgment of corrective information and the persuasion effect of "fact checking" video to varying degrees.Therefore,in the production of "fact checking" video,we should not only take into account the outstanding characteristics of the media,but also take into account the persuasion effect of corrective information,and combine the advantages of different accounts to better complete the basic task of fact verification.
