Research On The Evolution Path Of Business-finance Integration Based On The Perspective Of Organizational Routine Evolution

With the development of economy,the business scale of Chinese enterprises is becoming larger and larger.Enterprises need to obtain accurate and reliable business information to support decision-making and ensure the effectiveness and timeliness of decision-making.However,the traditional business and financial separation of the financial model,can not provide support for business development.Therefore,the integration of industry and finance has become an important way for enterprises to keep sustainable development and competitive advantage.However,the phenomenon of industry finance integration in China is not optimistic.Domestic enterprises are faced with such problems as the formal integration of business and finance,the lack of substantive integration,and the ineffective connection between business departments and financial departments.For this reason,some scholars have proposed that the analysis of enterprise financial operation practices based on the organizational practices view is more conducive to the realization of the substantive integration of business and finance.And the updating direction of financial convention can show the process of financial integration in a very specific image,which is more meaningful for other enterprises.Based on the literature review of organizational practice theory,process reengineering theory and financial integration,this paper takes ZTE as a case study to explore the evolution path of financial integration.Through a longitudinal study of ZTE's three stages of business finance integration,it is found that in the process of business finance integration,the direction of updating its financial operation practices is "backward unified and centralized financial accounting,reporting and monitoring","forward fine integrated budget management,decision-making and monitoring","all-round and integrated monitoring";In the aspect of industry finance integration,business and finance have experienced the evolution path of "preliminary integration of backward unification and centralization formal integration of forward fine integration highly integration of collaborative integration".By summarizing the specific evolution path of industry finance integration,enterprises can learn from their financial practices to promote the realization of industry finance integration.
