Research On Spatial Distribution Characteristics Of Service Industry Based On POI Data Clustering Method

The urban service industry is of great significance in the fields of production,life,and social public services.The improvement of the urban benefit industry is conducive to the advancement of urban modernization.Xining is a central city where many ethnic groups gather in the western region.The development of its service industry has a decisive influence on the western economy,while the Chengxi District is an advantageous area for the economic development of Xining.It is an active exploration for the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure of the service industry in the Chengxi District to study the current situation and spatial characteristics of the development of the service industry in the Chengxi District of Xining city.In this study,the Chengxi District of Xining City was used as the study area.First,the POI data of the service industry in the Chengxi District was crawled through data mining technology based on the Gaode map.After data preprocessing,the service industry in the Chengxi District was divided into 12 categories.Second,by comparing the characteristics and application fields of the kernel density analysis method,standard deviation ellipse method,complex network analysis method and DBSCAN clustering algorithm in POI data research,focusing on exploring the advantages and significance of DBSCAN algorithm in POI data analysis.Third,the DBSCAN algorithm is improved,and the parameter selection method is optimized by combining the Haversine distance calculation method.The improved algorithm is used to cluster the whole and sub industries of the service industry,which can better identify the service industry agglomeration areas and noise points.Fourth,by analyzing the spatial layout structure of the entire industry and the various industries in the Chengxi District,combining the current situation and formation mechanism of the service industry,discovering the issues in the development of the service industry in the Chengxi District,and bringing up suggestions for optimization and regulation.At last,the platform of POI data analysis and display is designed and implemented.The system includes functions such as uploading of POI data,automatic drawing of K-dist diagrams,parameter selection recommendation,DBSCAN cluster analysis,etc.The effectiveness and feasibility of the system are verified by displaying the clustering analysis results of service industry POI data in Chengxi District,and the intelligent analysis level of urban service industry POI data is improved.It provides experience and scientific basis for the development of urban service industry in other urban areas and western cities.
