Compared with the traditional data,the social network media data generated by the information and technology revolution provides more choices for tourist behavior research.The emerging social network data,including check-in data?network comment data?product data and other various data,is characterized by details,authenticity and accessibility.And scholars in various disciplines think highly of these data.Based on the microblog check-in data of tourists in Wuyuan county from January 1,2012 to June 1,2020,this paper utilized seasonal index,geographic concentration index,nuclear density analysis,standard deviation elliptic analysis and other methods to summarize the time behaviors of tourists in Wuyuan county through multiple scales such as year,season,month,week and holiday.And also the spatial behavior pattern and spatio-temporal development trend of Wuyuan county tourists in tourism destinations and sources were analyzed.Then it launched the study of the emotional tendency of visitor check-in contents of Wuyuan county,the following results were obtained :(1)The number of visitor check-in in Wuyuan from 2012 to 2019 basically increased year by year,but failed to reach the level of previous years in 2020,with the ratio of males and females' total check-in being about 1:2.Visitor check-in had obvious seasonality.(2)Visitor checkin in Wuyuan county presented an uneven spatial distribution,with high density in the east and north and low density in the west.Female tourists had more concentrated check-in space but male tourists formed a multi-center check-in situation.The density of tourists from outside the province was higher than that of tourists from within the province and relatively concentrated.The overall location of visitor check-in center moved southward and the spatial distribution of visitor check-in presented evident differences between 2012-2015 and 2016-2020.(3)The overall check-in emotion of tourists in Wuyuan county was positive,and the annual average seasonal variation was relatively significant.The positive emotions of tourists were mainly distributed in rapeseed flower field and other popular tourist attractions and tourist activities,while the negative emotions were mainly distributed in relatively remote towns,greatly influenced by the weather and traffic conditions.The factors that affected the change of tourists' emotion include two aspects: objective factors(distribution of tourism resources,seasonal factors,etc.)and subjective factors(gender difference,established impression of tourist destinations,etc.).The new data source in this research points out a new direction for the discussion of tourists' spatiotemporal behavior and provides a new angle for the analysis of tourism flow characteristics of Wuyuan county.Through the study of tourism flow and the analysis of tourists' emotional changes,people can be more targeted to shape the image of tourist destinations?enhance the willingness of tourists to revisit a place and promote the expression of tourists' positive emotions.It has certain reference value for the management of tourist destinations' capacity and the marketing of tourist destinations.
