With the improvement of people’s living standard, the rapid convenient transportation development, and the demand growth of people’s spiritual culture, more and more people like traveling. Tourism is people in order to meet a certain mental and material needs, from their local place to a foreign country for a brief stay consumption, meanwhile, they hope that can bring them the feeling of soul satisfaction. Be different with the traditional tourism modes, today’s tourists are more prefer to the emotional experience satisfying, tourists’emotion experience is playing a more and more important role. Using emotional experience analysis technology to know the tourists’mood, emotion and their behavior, will finally realize that to grasp accurately tourists mood, emotion and applied to the tourism service process.This paper puts forward the emotional experience behavior model which based on tourism service. Meantime, grasp of the different careful travel service and to give visitors bring different emotional experiences, and use computer language into the real work. In order to master tourists’ different emotional under different tourism services, I visited a lot tourists for the questionnaire survey, so that I can get large amounts of reliable data use them into the technical analysis.This article is divided into six chapters. The first chapter mainly introduced the research background, research significance, research content, andresearch situation analysis of both our country and abroad; The second chapter analysis of emotional calculation and tourism services in the process of the emotional experience, it puts forward the tourism service of the emotional experience optimization technology; The third chapter got many data during the process oftravelling and completed a questionnaire and got the results of analyze; Chapter4focused on the establishment of emotional behavioral model; The fifth sums up the whole article and also proposed the next research direction and prospect.
