Design And Implementation Of MAM-based Archive Management System For Culture And Art

With the development of The Times,the archival industry has higher and higher requirements for digital archives.The traditional database management system can not meet the requirements of the development of the archives of culture and art,nor can it coordinate the overall information construction of the archives of culture and art.Traditional database management system can only realize the structured storage of file data,which has certain limitations on the storage format and storage capacity,and the single query method cannot be previewed online.More importantly,the traditional database management system has poor scalability,solidified management function,and single reuse form,which does not meet the current construction requirements of digital archives.Combined with multimedia products with each passing day,culture and art industry every day produce all kinds of carrier,the art of all kinds of content data,especially audio-visual class data not only variety and large amount of data,the traditional database management system on the one hand,unable to identify a wide variety of carrier,on the other hand,in the face of increasing exponentially unstructured audio-visual data content cannot use expand storage capacity,fast move back.These are the new challenges of the information construction of cultural and art archives.This paper introduces MAM(media asset management system)in the design of culture and art archives management system.Media asset management system is a "customized" content management system for the management and utilization of multimedia data and the mature application in TV,radio and other broadcast media.It can provide an information exchange platform for cultural and art archives.Make the large volume of video and audio files stored reasonably;Accelerate the production cycle of networked multimedia data;Centralize and unify resource management;Provide file access across units and industries.For multimedia carrier phyletic and various,audio-visual culture art file data features and broadcast media industry according to the features of huge data,and whether the format of the service content,the flow of information and process integration,the content of archive,content management of media assets management systems are consistent with culture and arts of archives information construction requirements.In order to study the mam-based file management system for culture and art,this paper conducts a detailed demand analysis on the construction of the file management system for culture and art.In the aspect of collection and import,it takes into account the requirements of direct collection of various file sources.The file security storage supports intelligent archiving,data backup and high-speed return.Finally,file reuse supports a variety of retrieval methods,improves the accuracy rate,and improves the file export and approval process to facilitate the original file backshift output.In the design process,through the study of the relationship between archival business processes and the logical relationship of data storage,the unified management of media flow in different formats,the dynamic move-in and move-out of media flow,and the large traffic storage system are designed.Mam-based design,on the one hand,meets the order of magnitude storage of cultural and art archives.From collection,warehousing,bibliography,retrieval,archiving,migration to metadata management and storage space management,the processes involved are all the management forms of media content.The aim of multimedia file management is achieved through the management of media content.On the other hand,management contents are treated as collection assets,providing a variety of query and download methods,while serving production and circulation management.This paper adopts J2 EE architecture,USES HTTP mode streaming technology,relational database,full-text search engine architecture and other technologies,and completes the cultural and art archives management system integrating collection,management,archive storage,query statistics,download and use functions.Design in this paper based on the culture of the MAM art archive file management system can solve the special carrier,a large number of audio-visual,the difficulty of data storage,nonlinear query satisfy traditional tape,CD,sharing and communication,implementation will retrieve the information entry,on the need of using integrate become professional information achievement,will file into real assets,possesses the advantages of good convenience,high precision.It is believed that MAM will be more and more widely used in the cultural and art archive industry in the near future.
