Research On The Platform Construction Of Multilingual Information Resources Network Service In Asean Countries

Since China and ASEAN countries developed into strategic partners in 2003,with the development and promotion of the major "Belt and Road",the political,economic,cultural,scientific and technological,trade and tourism links between China and ASEAN countries have become increasingly close,and the demand for ASEAN information resources is increasing.Although the construction of ASEAN information resources in China has got a certain scale,it is mainly based on the construction of literature resources,the information update has become slowly and the resources has become unevenly,so it is difficult to meet the needs of users for ASEAN information resources,which has also seriously affected the development and utilization of ASEAN information resources.In this context,in order to provide information resources support to the government and relevant departments in making strategic decisions,to provide a systematic network service platform for enterprises and individuals to access ASEAN multilingual information,and to help libraries provide better information services,thereby enhancing the social influence of libraries,promoting friendly cooperation between China and ASEAN countries,achieving the goal of ASEAN information flow to promote win-win cooperation.Through literature survey,interview and questionnaire survey,understands the needs of various social users for the multilingual information resources and services of ASEAN countries,and puts forward the idea and guarantee mechanism of constructing the multilingual information resource network service platform of ASEAN countries by the trinity of cultural tourism bureau,library and university,so as to provide reference for the construction of the multilingual information resource network service platform of ASEAN countries.
