Research On The Discourse Of Male Talent Shows In China Under The "Gaze" Theory

From "happy male voice",which created a prosperous viewing scene of male talent show in the early years,to "idol trainee",which ignited the upsurge of "national talent show",the changes of male talent show in China over the past ten years.With the rapid development of media technology,the discourse flow of gender behind the program is becoming increasingly clear: female viewers are satisfied with the body consumption of male players in the program,and explain the reasons The text of the interpretation program expresses self-consciousness,produces discourse to gain power,and replaces the traditional "male gaze" with "female gaze",realizing the displacement of the subject and object of "gaze".To a certain extent,the rise of women's watching in the program can be regarded as the rebellion and struggle of some women groups against the traditional patriarchal discourse in the new era.However,under the scene of declining male discourse and flourishing female discourse in the program,it is the essence of the confluence of capital and patriarchy,which regards the female group as an interest body to extract the use value.The female audience in the program is the subject of consumption,not the subject of discourse center.This paper explores the evolution of gender discourse in China's male talent shows.First of all,it introduces the displacement of "gaze" in the program,and analyzes how women watch and get what effect.Secondly,taking the phenomenon of "male consumption" as the breakthrough point,and connecting with the ecological environment of consumption economy in such programs,this paper analyzes the role of consumerism in the construction of gender relations.Finally,this paper puts forward opinions and suggestions for the three participants in China's talent shows,in order to improve the problems existing in these programs,promote their positive development,and provide power for the correct construction of the gender system.
